Paradise. That's what many have called it, and now you can experience it for yourself. Both above and below the surface of her crystal blue waters Roatan offers something incredible for everyone. Anthony's Key has been a flourishing dive resort for over thirty years for many good reasons.

The location is idyllic. Nestled on the lush tropical hillside of this island paradise are bungalows resting on stilts, some suspended over the water. You'll fall asleep to the gentle rush of surf and tropical breezes. Although Roatan is remote AKR is developed enough to make you comfortable and unbelievably relaxed. The open air dining puts out some incredible spreads that will satiate the hungriest diver.

The dive operation is first rate. With eleven custom dive boats and a professional staff to cater to your every need AKR makes diving easy. The boat rides are just 5 to 30 minutes to some of the best sites the Caribbean has to offer. Suitable for novice and expert divers alike, all should brace themselves for eagle rays, green morays, schools of exquisitely colorful fish, garden eels, and even the occasional shark. Well south in the Caribbean you can expect water temperatures in the 80’s and visibility ranging from 50 to 100 feet.

Need a surface interval? Have a non-diving friend? There's plenty more to do! Try snorkeling (or diving) with dolphins, both an amazing and unique experience. Take out a kayak, go horseback riding, lounge in a hammock, take a dip in the pool, or explore the island. You can also opt for longer explorations of the mainland if you like. There's plenty of fun at AKR, including a beach picnic and island fiesta night!

Join instructor Erick Tichonuk for a fantastic dive vacation. He's led over fifteen group dive trips to the Caribbean including two to AKR. The price for this dive package is $2550 pp/dbl occupancy and includes:

• Round trip airfare from Burlington to Roatan. These are incredible connections with no small island hoppers!
• 7 nights accommodations in a key standard room. All room taxes are included.
• 3 meals per day.
• 3 boat dives per say for six days, or two snorkeling excursions per day.
• 2 night dives during the week.

If you are not a diver, Anthony's Key Resort offers two snorkeling trips a day for a package price of $2450

An informational meeting will be held on Thursday November 1, 6pm at WDC.

A non-refundable deposit of $750 is due by November 15, 2007. Balance is due by December 20, 2007. All prices subject to change until ticketed.
